Made to Order

Most, if not all items offered on my website are Made-to-order and such require at least 14 days to make and ship. This does not include Speacial orders and bulk orders that will require more time to process.  Contact me if you have any questions,

FREE SHIPPING

I am glad to bring our customers great value and service. Depending on the item type, size and weight, not all items shipped will have tracking.  Expedited shipping is offered. at an additional cost and is not standard to my policy.  Please keep in mind, there is a processing. time involved in. making your item, especially if it involves any customization or engraving.  This also includes bulk or large orders.  Please contact me directly if you have any questions.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Made By Qwaj is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If I have made an error I will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location as well as product availability. These are estimates:

Depending on availability, each product could take up to 14 days to create.

During the Winter Holiday Season, orders placed after December 1st cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Max delivery time – 45 business days.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

*All shipping times exclude weather or other related delays beyond my control.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
